No. We standardise on Microsoft 365 Business Premium, billed separately from your Barkaday package. We can supply licences or manage the ones you already have.
Each user subscription covers one named user, one primary workstation and one Microsoft 365 identity. Additional devices and servers are priced separately.
The helpdesk runs 08:30–17:30 Monday to Friday, UK time. Secure and Complete include 24×7 security monitoring and response.
