Which packages include managed security?
Barkaday Secure and Barkaday Complete. Barkaday Managed includes baseline security such as patching, MFA and Conditional Access, but not 24×7 monitoring.
Do you run your own security operations centre?
No. Huntress's SOC provides 24×7 monitoring and response. Barkaday manages the service, adds context and owns the relationship with you.
Can you guarantee we won't have an incident?
No honest provider can. Our aim is to make incidents much less likely, detect them quickly and limit their impact.
Is forensic investigation included?
Formal digital forensics and major incident recovery are scoped separately as projects.
