It includes the identity, device management and security controls that a modern managed service depends on. Standardising means every client gets a consistent, well-tested configuration.
What if we're on a different licence?
We'll review your current licensing during onboarding. Exceptions are possible but need to be agreed, because they change what we can manage and secure.
How do you access our tenant?
Through Microsoft's partner delegated admin model (GDAP), using least-privilege, time-bound roles that you approve.
Are licences part of the package price?
No. Microsoft licences are billed separately from your Barkaday package.
